Traditionally prepared in Ghana from corn dough. Kenkey is made from corn, and cooked until soft and covered with corn leaves, and eaten with fish, pepper, or stew.

Instructions for use:

Remove the paper label from plastic wrap, drop it in boiling water for 20 minutes, or immerse it in water and heat in microwave (high) for 5 minutes.
