Kenkey is made from millet. It is wrapped with corn leaves and cooked until soft. It is eaten with fish, pepper, or stew. Vacuum packed to retain freshness. keep in a cool place.
Instructions for use:
Remove the paper label from plastic wrap, drop it in boiling water for 20 minutes, or immerse it in water and heat in microwave (high) for 5 minutes.
